Adult Stretch Class

Mondays | 6:15–7:00 PM
A relaxing yet effective class focused on flexibility, mobility, and muscle recovery. Perfect for dancers, athletes, or anyone looking to improve range of motion and unwind.

Adult Cardio & Conditioning

Tuesdays | 6:00–7:00 PM
A high-energy class combining cardio, strength training, and conditioning. Designed to build endurance, tone muscles, and get your heart rate up — all in a fun, supportive environment.

Ballet Stretch Pose

Ballet Barre

Wednesdays | 6:15–7:15 PM
A ballet-inspired workout focused on strength, posture, balance, and flexibility. This class blends classical technique with controlled movements at the barre for a full-body burn.
